1) Contact Support

When emailing, include as much detail as possible:
- Your username (if applicable)
- Video URL or video ID (if your issue relates to a video)
- Device and browser/app version
- What you expected to happen vs. what happened
- Screenshots (if relevant)
Response time: We aim to respond within 2 business days, depending on volume and complexity.
2) Account & Login
Can’t log in
- Double-check your email/username and password.
- Try resetting your password (if password reset is available).
- Ensure cookies are enabled for login sessions.
Account security
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Do not share your login credentials.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
3) Uploading & Video Issues
Upload failed
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure the file format and size are supported.
- Try uploading again from a different browser/device.
Video not processing / not playing
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Clear browser cache and cookies.
- Try a different browser or device.
- If the issue persists, send us the video ID and your device details.
Edits (crop/rotate/mute) not visible
- Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 on Windows / Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
- Try opening the video in an incognito/private window.
- If it still doesn’t update, contact support with the video ID and the edit you attempted.
4) Privacy & Safety
Make a video private
If the Service supports privacy settings, you can set your video to “Private” from your video settings page. Private videos are not listed publicly, but anyone you share a private link with may still be able to view them.
Report abuse or unsafe content
If you see content that violates our Community Guidelines, please report it using the report feature on the video page (if available). You can also email us with the video URL/ID.
Privacy complaints
If you appear in a video and believe it violates your privacy, contact us and include: the video URL/ID, the reason you believe it violates your privacy, and any relevant context.
5) Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request in accordance with our Terms.

Please include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material (URL/ID)
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
- A statement under penalty of perjury and your signature
6) Reports & Enforcement
We review reports for potential violations of our policies. Actions can include removal, restriction, or account measures depending on severity and context.
If you believe your content was removed or restricted incorrectly, you may appeal by contacting support with: the video URL/ID, your account info, and a brief explanation.
