Welcome to dropR. These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) explain what’s allowed and what’s not on our platform. They exist to keep the community safe and to help creators share content responsibly. By using the Service, you agree to follow these Guidelines and our Terms and Conditions.
1) Core Principles
- Be respectful: Don’t target others with abuse, harassment, or hateful content.
- Keep people safe: Don’t promote violence, illegal activity, or dangerous behavior.
- Protect privacy: Don’t share personal information without consent.
- Be authentic: Don’t impersonate others or deceive people for harm or profit.
- Follow the law: If it’s illegal, it’s not allowed here.
2) Illegal Content & Regulated Goods
Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activity is not allowed. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Buying/selling illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Instructions for committing crimes, including fraud and theft.
- Human trafficking or exploitation.
- Sale or promotion of regulated goods where prohibited (e.g., certain weapons, counterfeit documents).
We may remove such content and, where required, report it to relevant authorities.
3) Violence, Threats, and Safety
Not allowed:
- Credible threats of violence or incitement to violence.
- Content praising or celebrating violence against individuals or groups.
- Instructions encouraging harmful behavior (e.g., dangerous “challenges”).
- Glorification of mass violence, terrorism, or extremist violence.
Allowed with context (may be age-restricted):
- News, documentary, or educational content discussing violent events when presented responsibly.
- Self-defense or safety information that does not encourage wrongdoing.
4) Hate Speech & Harassment
We do not allow hate speech or harassment. This includes attacks, slurs, dehumanizing language, or calls for exclusion/violence based on protected characteristics (such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation).
Not allowed:
- Targeted harassment, bullying, or repeated abusive behavior.
- Hateful imagery, symbols used to promote hate, or content encouraging discrimination or violence.
- Sexual harassment, including unwanted sexual comments or coercion.
What we encourage: Critique ideas, not people. If you disagree, keep it civil.
5) Nudity & Sexual Content
We aim to balance creative expression with safety. Sexual content may be restricted or removed depending on explicitness and context.
Not allowed:
- Sexually explicit content intended for sexual gratification (pornographic content).
- Non-consensual sexual content, including revenge porn or sexual extortion.
- Depictions of sexual violence or exploitation.
May be allowed with restrictions (age-gating/limited distribution):
- Educational content about sexual health.
- Non-explicit artistic nudity where permitted by law and handled responsibly.
6) Child Safety
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse material (CSEAM). Any such content will be removed immediately and may be reported to authorities.
Not allowed:
- Any sexual content involving minors, including implied content.
- Grooming, exploitation, or sexualization of minors.
- Content that endangers minors (e.g., encouraging risky behavior or sharing personal contact details).
If you suspect a child is in danger, contact local emergency services and report the content to us.
7) Self-Harm & Eating Disorders
We remove content that encourages or instructs self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating. We may restrict content that depicts self-harm or eating disorders even if not encouraging, especially if it could be triggering.
Not allowed:
- Instructions, encouragement, or glorification of self-harm or suicide.
- Content promoting eating disorders or extreme weight loss methods.
May be allowed with sensitivity:
- Recovery stories, educational content, or crisis resources shared responsibly.
If you or someone you know needs help, seek support from local professionals or crisis hotlines.
8) Misinformation & Harmful Deception
We do not allow deceptive content that could cause real-world harm. We may reduce distribution or add context to content that is misleading.
Not allowed:
- Fraudulent claims intended to scam users (e.g., “free money” scams, fake giveaways).
- Manipulated media presented as real when it could cause harm (e.g., impersonation for fraud).
- Health or safety misinformation that encourages dangerous actions.
Allowed with context:
- Satire or parody, as long as it is reasonably clear and not used to harm others.
9) Privacy, Doxxing & Personal Data
Respect privacy. Don’t share someone’s personal data without consent, especially information that could be used to harass or endanger them.
Not allowed:
- Doxxing: posting private or identifying information (address, phone number, emails, IDs).
- Content filmed in private spaces without permission where people reasonably expect privacy.
- Sharing intimate images/videos without consent.
If you appear in a video and believe it violates your privacy, you can report it and we will review it.

Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Respect creators and brands.
Not allowed:
- Repeated copyright infringement or sharing pirated content.
- Impersonation of individuals or organizations in a misleading way.
- Misuse of trademarks in a way likely to confuse users about affiliation.
If you believe your rights are being infringed, you may submit a takedown request (see our Terms/DMCA policy).
11) Spam, Scams & Manipulation
Not allowed:
- Spam uploads, repetitive posting, or engagement bait.
- Phishing, malware, or links designed to steal information.
- Coordinated inauthentic behavior (fake accounts, artificial views/likes).
- Misleading monetization schemes or “get rich quick” scams.
12) Graphic Content
Graphic or disturbing content may be removed or restricted, even if it is newsworthy, depending on context and presentation.
Not allowed:
- Excessively graphic violence or gore intended to shock or gratify.
- Humiliation or exploitation of suffering (e.g., injury for entertainment).
We recommend: Add warnings when discussing sensitive topics.
13) Enforcement
We may take action when content or behavior violates these Guidelines or our Terms. Actions may include:
- Removing videos, comments, or other content
- Restricting visibility (age-gating, limited distribution, or making content private)
- Warning the uploader or requiring edits
- Temporary or permanent account suspension/termination
- Reporting to authorities where required by law or to prevent harm
We consider context, severity, user history, and the risk of harm. We may also act proactively to protect the community.
